Yes, we guarantee that all products sold on AuraFragrance are 100% original and authentic. We source directly from authorized distributors and reputable manufacturers.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been sprayed or opened.
Do you offer samples or decants?
Currently, we specialize in full-sized retail bottles. However, we occasionally include complimentary samples with qualifying orders over $100.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of your scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as a bedroom drawer or closet.
