Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.
Package Securely
Place the original, unopened fragrance bottle in its protective packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.
Apply Shipping Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
